FOUR CORNER EXERCISE

This exercise is designed to give the user “out of body” capability on demand. When practiced over and over, out of body becomes much easier.

1 – Sit in a chair with back straight, clear your mind and ground yourself. Or on the side of your bed.

2 – Staying grounded, open your eyes for the moment and look at the four corners of the room where the walls meet the ceiling.

3 – Pick any one of the corners and close your eyes again.

4 – Imagine that you are in the corner, looking down at your body sitting in its chair. Stay there for a minute or so. Imagine what your body looks like from the corner of the room. What is it doing? Imagine that ou can see your aura surrounding your body. What does it look like? If you can’t see it, what would it look like if you could see it?

5 – Imagine that you are back in your body, in the center of your head. How does it feel there? Does it feel any different than being in the corner of the room felt? If so, how?

6 – Go back and forth between your body and the corner of the room several times. Each time you’re in the corner, take a look at your body and imagine your aura surrounding it – or imagine you’re imagining it.

7 – Come out of your trance.

Don’t work on this exercise for more than 15 minutes at a time, but do it often enough that you feel comfortable being in your body and being in the corner of the room. Don’t practice this exercise while operating equipment.
